How do I book?

Your booking is completed with a single phone call or one WhatsApp message; there is no form to fill in and no membership. Our line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can message us on WhatsApp in English and we will answer in English.

1. Send your dates and party size; tell us the apartment type too if you have a preference.
2. We will reply straight away with availability and the current rate.
3. We confirm your booking and the cancellation/change conditions in a written message.

You pay in cash, by bank transfer (havale/EFT) or by credit card on site, so you never need to share your card details online. Each guest needs a passport at check-in; Turkish citizens can show their T.C. identity card instead. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00; for early check-in, late check-out or a late-night arrival, tell us in advance. For trade fairs, public holidays and the summer season we recommend asking early.

2. Share your details: check-in and check-out dates, party size, preferred apartment type (1+0, 1+1 or 2+1) and estimated arrival time.
3. Get written confirmation: we’ll send the rate, availability and cancellation terms by message.
